A.W. Perry welcomes intlx Solutions to 10,000 s/f at South Shore Park

Hingham, MA According to A.W. Perry, intlx Solutions, a growing technology and IT consulting firm, has relocated its headquarters to 30 Pond Park Rd. in South Shore Park.

intlx Solutions, which began as a two-person team a decade ago, has grown steadily and recently relocated from its former headquarters in Canton, to accommodate its continued expansion. The firm now occupies 10,000 s/f of office and warehouse space at 30 Pond Park Rd., marking a significant milestone in its journey. The relocation was represented by Connor Hayes of Avison Young on behalf of the tenant, and ownership was represented by Jeremy Hood, Tyler Hilson, and Jake Golden of Perry CRE.

The space was fully customized through a comprehensive buildout that included a new kitchen area, warehouse expansion, fresh paint and carpet, and a reconfiguration of the office layout to meet the company’s evolving needs.

“We’re thrilled to begin this next chapter in Hingham,” said Kenny Pearl, president and founder of intlx Solutions. “As a South Shore native, it’s exciting to bring our headquarters closer to home. The A.W. Perry team made the transition seamless, and we look forward to the opportunity to grow here.”

The move also reflects A.W. Perry’s strategic approach to space planning and tenant transitions. In a coordinated effort, the previous occupant relocated to a suite at 35 Pond Park Rd. to accommodate their changing needs, allowing intlx Solutions the opportunity to fill the space and secure a larger footprint to meet their growing requirements.

“We’re pleased to welcome intlx Solutions to South Shore Park,” said Kerri Gallaway, executive vice president of property management at A.W. Perry. “Their story of growth and innovation aligns perfectly with our commitment to supporting dynamic businesses through flexible, high-quality space solutions.”

South Shore Park continues to be a hub for businesses seeking a strategic location and a high-level of service. A.W. Perry’s ability to accommodate changing tenant needs and deliver customized solutions has made the park a destination for companies looking to scale.
