Stamford, CT Pyramid Real Estate Group has added two staff members, Andy Alala and Christopher Grundy.
Ayala is a new commercial brokerage sales associate who also will be helping the firm with commercial management prospecting. Ayala formally was a senior vice president with Related Management Co., as well as on the staff of GE Real Estate from 1996 to 2013.
Grundy, who has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Yale University and a master’s degree from Indiana University, is a new commercial broker. Prior to coming to Pyramid, Grundy was a commercial sales and leasing associate with Farnam Realty Group.
In his one year as a broker he has sold a portfolio of mixed-use properties, as well as helped clients lease property.
