Lou Azzalina of ABG Realty brokered the $955,000 sale of 120 Middlesex Ave. on behalf of the seller, Clay Realty Inc. The property, formerly the Spaulding Brick Co., is a 11,700 s/f commercial/industrial building adjacent to Assembly Sq. The property was sold to Design Consultants Inc., who was represented by Allstar Realty.
