Bachman promoted to managing broker at Colliers

Abigail Bachman

Portsmouth, NH Colliers has promoted Abigail Bachman to managing broker of its local office. In this role, Bachman will lead brokerage operations in the Seacoast region, supporting advisors and driving business development across all asset classes.

Since joining Colliers in 2018, Bachman has consistently been a top-performing producer, bringing exceptional market knowledge and client service to every engagement. She has demonstrated strong leadership both within the firm and in the community, serving as an annual judge for the Paul J. Holloway Prize Innovation to Market Competition at the University of New Hampshire and as a member of the Dover Business and Industrial Development Authority.

“Abby’s track record of high performance, combined with her ability to guide and inspire others, makes her the ideal choice to lead our Portsmouth office. Her strong community involvement and drive for excellence will be the catalyst for even greater success for Colliers in the Seacoast,” said Bob Rohrer managing director and principal of Colliers.

According to Colliers, David Choate, who has led the local office with distinction for more than 30 years, will be stepping back from management responsibilities.

During his time, the office has grown into a trusted resource for clients across the Seacoast and beyond. Choate will continue to serve his clients at the highest level and take the opportunity to focus more on personal, professional and community pursuits.

The Seacoast remains one of Northern New England’s most dynamic commercial real estate markets, attracting investment across industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use sectors. Bachman’s leadership will help strengthen Colliers’ position and support the company’s continued growth across the region.
