The Peabody Companies Cordeiro receives CPO designation from NAHMA

Braintree, MA According to The Peabody Companies, Bernice Cordeiro has received Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designation through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

As such, she has successfully completed the comprehensive program for affordable housing property management staff.

Cordeiro, who joined The Peabody Companies in May of 2015, is a multi-site manager at Pleasant Street Apartments in Beverly, Mass., and Bedford Green Apartments in Bedford, Mass.

“CPO certification validates expertise in the field of security and achieving it indicates a strong understanding of modern security principles, techniques, and practices,” said Erin Simas, learning and development manager with The Peabody Companies. “The entire Peabody community extends it congratulations to Bernice on her professional accomplishment.”
