*1,000 s/f office lease at Courtyard Place, 124 Long Pond Rd., suite 12. The property was leased to Heather Cozby, certified public accountant. Triff Realty Trust is the landlord for the property.
*2,500 s/f industrial lease at Scotland Industrial Park, 32 Scotland Blvd., unit 9 in Bridgewater. Weinstein Familly Irrevocable Trust is the landlord of the property and the space was leased by AO Danner, a commercial contractor. AO Danner leased the property to expand their company.
*1,100 s/f office lease at Carver Sq., 128 Maine St., suite H in Carver. Carver Square Corp. leased the space to Lawrence Hall, attorney at law. Carver Sq. provided office build out and file storage build out for the tenant.
