Baldwin of Baldwin Realty Group handles $1.35 million sale of Carver Square Marketplace

Tony Baldwin, CCIM of Baldwin Realty Group completes the sale of Carver Sq. Marketplace. The property is located at 124-128 Main St. and consists of 44,000 s/f. Carver Square Corp. sold the property to market Square LLC for $1.35 million. The property consists of three commercial buildings on 3.46 acres and includes 200 parking spaces.
