Baldwin Pearson and Angel Commercial sell 1555 Post Road East for $2.2 million
Westport, CT George Shawah Jr., president of Baldwin Pearson & Co., Inc., sold 1555 Post Road East for $2.2 million. This iconic office property was originally the home of Petrucci Construction Corp.
Shawah Jr. and Robert Shawah represented the seller, 1555 PRE, LLC and Brett Sherman of Angel Commercial represented the buyer, BAO Partners LLC.
