20 East Elm Street - Greenwich, CTGreenwich, CT RHYS Commercial, a full-service commercial real estate firm, were the sole brokers in a lease for 13,500 s/f of retail space at 20 East Elm St. Senior vice president & principal Christian Bangert and senior associate Sean Mirkov were the sole brokers involved in the transaction that will help expand Saks’ presence even further in Greenwich.

Saks will occupy the entire ground floor of 20 East Elm St. The space was previously home to Urban Outfitters, who vacated in the first quarter of 2015. The building has been owned by local Greenwich residents since early 2012.
