Barber of Pearce Real Estate sells 2 George Street for $350,000

North Haven, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, Phil Barber, senior commercial associate, has represented the seller, Dr. James Fanning, on the sale of the property at 2 George St.
The property consists of a small medical office, with an apartment above, that was the home to Dr. Fanning’s practice for many years. The building was purchased by CT Development Group, who will renovate the property and put it back on the rental market. The transaction had a sale price of $350,000.
