North Haven, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, Phil Barber, a commercial associate at the company’s North Haven commercial office, has sold a 9,800 s/f building and 2 acres at 66 Leonardo Dr. for $700,000. Barber represented the seller of the property, Mason Holdings, LLC. Margaret Bennett, of Margaret Bennett Realty in Wallingford, represented the buyers, Scott Cavallaro and Jason Brenner, who operate a fiber optics cable company and may use the new space for future expansion.
