Barkan Management expands portfolio
in Mass., R.I and mid-Atlantic region; adds eight properties

Warwick, RI Barkan Management, a residential property management firm with 165 properties under management in nine states, has added eight properties to its portfolio, expanding the company’s reach in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and the mid-Atlantic region. 

New management contracts in New England include Treetops, a 60-unit condominium community in Falmouth, Mass.; 14 West Broadway, 49-unit condominium in Boston; Huckins Farm, 164 townhomes in Bedford, Mass.; and Quaker Valley, a 215-unit condominium association in West Warwick, R.I. 

New projects in the D.C. area include The Haven at National Harbor, a 248-unit luxury condominium community located at National Harbor, MD; The Vistas at Laurel Lakes, a 192-unit condominium located in Laurel, MD; Chantilly Park, a 208-unit condominium community in Chantilly, VA; and Fairmont 1005 & Fairmont 100. Both are 74-unit condominiums located in Hyattville, MD.

Barkan’s management portfolio is comprised of condominiums, cooperatives, and market rate and affordable apartments.
