Barker of Boston R.E. Advisors leases 5,360 s/f
Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company recently leased a 5,360 s/f building and 32,632 s/f of land at 340 Providence Hwy. The property is located along Rte. 1 on the Auto Mile. Craig Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors represented the landlord, 340 Providence Highway Realty Trust, in the negotiations. Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company was represented by Rich Isenberg of Deal-Maker Closer LLC.
