Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors brokers $8.4 million sale

Wayland, MA CVS Pharmacy will soon begin construction of a 13,900 s/f building on the 2.10 acre site of the former location of Finnerty’s Restaurant at 150 Main St.
Washington Street Business Center LLC purchased the long-term ground lease with CVS Pharmacy from 150 Main Street LLC for $8.4 million.
Craig Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors was the sole broker.
