Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors completes 12,000 s/f building lease

Boston Real Estate Advisors negotiated the lease and future purchase of 31 Boylston St. Little Children Schoolhouse will initially lease the property for two years commencing this fall. After the two-year period, Little Children Schoolhouse will purchase the property for $4.315 million. Craig Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors represented the owner and Rodney Sinclair of Sinclair Development Solutions represented the Little Children Schoolhouse. 31 Boylston St. is a two level, 12,000 s/f building located along Rte. 9 in Brookline Village. Also, 905 Great Plain Ave. in Needham, Mass. sold for $1.165 million. TSG Properties, LLC sold the property to Kenneth Mackin. Patrick Paladino of Colliers International represented the seller and Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors and David Ross of NAI Hunneman represented the buyer. 905 Great Plain Ave. is a single story, 4,747 s/f building located in Needham Center.
