Cambridge Capital Advisors, LLC has negotiated, on behalf of a private investor, the acquisition of The Salter School Building. The property is a single-tenant, net-leased office building located at 82 Hartwell Ave. The sale price was $2 million. The tenant, a national trade school organization, has occupied the building since 2003 and recently signed a new 10 year lease.
Richard Barnes, associate director of Cambridge Capital, identified the property to fulfill his client's 1031 Exchange requirement. The seller was represented by Kelley Collins of Collins Commercial Real Estate.
