Canton, MA Barsh and Cohen, P.C., a boutique law firm that has been serving the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for legal services for over 75 years, has entered into the New England car wash industry.

Neil Cohen, president and managing partner of Barsh and Cohen, P.C., represented the buyers in Prestige Car Wash’s acquisition of 15 new locations from Nice & Clean, handling all legal aspects of the deal – including title and escrow services, negotiation and execution of non-disclosure agreements, purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, funding coordination and title insurance.

The acquisition marks a significant expansion for Prestige Car Wash, bringing its total footprint to 49 sites, expanding deeper into Southeastern Massachusetts, and officially entering the Rhode Island market with a new location in Johnston.

“This transaction represents a major step forward for a fast-growing, community-centered company like Prestige,” said Cohen. “We’re honored to have been part of such a strategic and transformative deal. At Barsh and Cohen, P.C., we pride ourselves on offering the hands-on legal and title support that makes complex transactions like this one smooth and successful for our clients.”

The newly acquired locations span Bridgewater, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Halifax, Holbrook, Johnston (RI), Middleborough, New Bedford, Raynham, Rockland, Somerset, and West Bridgewater.
