Haverhill, MA R.W. Holmes negotiated the sale of a 22,541 s/f flex building located at 242 Neck Rd. The building was acquired by Richardson Green, Inc. R.W. Holmes vice president Jim Bartholomew represented the seller and procured the buyer.

Built in 1965 and renovated in 1986, the property has 75 surface parking spaces and is 100% occupied. The building sold for $3.4 million.
