Basile of Lila Delman Real Estate brokers $1.337m sale of 4,186 s/f property

Providence, RI Lila Delman Real Estate continues to drive market activity during these unique times, as is evidenced by the sale of 53 Stimson Ave. on the East Side of the city for $1.337 million. Stephanie Basile, Lila Delman sales associate, represented the seller.

According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, this transaction marks one of the top three sales on the East Side this year.

“Above all else, I value the relationships I build with my clients and pride myself on the level of service and guidance I commit to provide in any given landscape,” said Stephanie Basile. “Placing the property under agreement in less than one week and successfully navigating to the closing table, I am grateful to have made a positive impact for my seller.”

“When launching a property, you only have one chance to make a first impression,” said Brandyn Brunelle, chief creative officer of the firm. “Stephanie’s collaborative nature and commitment to a strong launch, from staging and photography to strategic marketing plans, paid dividends for our client. Upfront legwork often leads to quicker closings.”

Located in the East Side of the city, sited on a one-way street with little thru-traffic, this brick Colonial is on a fenced and private corner lot. Measuring 4,186 s/f across three levels, the home features four bedrooms, three and one half bathrooms, a sunken living room with paneled walls, and finished basement with recreational spaces. The interiors of the home have been restored and maintained.
