Bauer and Davis of The Business Exchange LLC complete 4,500 s/f lease to Oak & Ember Whiskey Bar & Grill
According to The Business Exchange LLC (TBX) the restaurant space formerly occupied by Bistro 36 has been leased. Tom Davis and Adam Bauer of TBX represented the plaza owner/lessor Mashpee Investors LLC and Richard Catania of The Realty Advisory Inc of Centerville represented the tenant Oak & Ember Inc in the lease.
The 4,500 s/f restaurant will be operated as Oak & Ember Whiskey Bar & Grill brought to you by Cape restaurateur Robert Catania of Wicked Restaurant & Wine Bar.
