Baumann of CBRE/ Boulos leases 6,370 s/f
Novare Res has leased 6,370 s/f of restaurant space at 4 Canal Plaza from Buckstar II, LLC. Novare Res will operate a European-influenced beer "café".
Steve Baumann of CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Co. represented the landlord and Nate Delois of Cardente Real Estate represented the tenant.
