Tenants include the Greater Manchester Board of Realtors, Apple Therapy, Lewis Physical medicine and Randstad Corp. The seller was Bedford Crossing, LLC. According to county registry of deeds the sale price was $2.615 million.
35 Constitution Dr. consists of 20,000 s/f of first class office space in the same park as the police, fire and building departments. Tenants include Scientific Technologies Corp., Global Certs, Homeseer Technologies and Idearc Corp. The seller was 35 Constitution Dr., LLC. According to the county registry of deeds the sale price was $1.6 million.
