Baybutt Construction named construction manager for 14,000 s/f community market

Baybutt Construction Corp. has been selected as construction manager for the new Monadnock Community Market in Railroad Sq. The 14,000 s/f cooperative store is being designed by Scully Architects for Monadnock Economic Development Corp. and is scheduled to be open for next year's local harvest. Baybutt is also building the new $10 million Brattleboro Food Coop on Main St. in Brattleboro. The 4-story facility will replace the existing coop and will also include 31 apartments on the top two floors. The project is designed by Gossens Bachman Architects and is scheduled for a spring completion.
