Baybutt Construction named construction manager for $3 million Rockingham Free Library project: renovation design provided by SMP Architects

Baybutt Construction has been selected construction manager for the $3 million Rockingham Free Public Library comprehensive renovation and addition project. The project involves a comprehensive renovation to the historic library built in the late 1800s. New construction consists of a new handicap entrance, stair tower and elevator. Renovations include complete new mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems, as well as reconfiguration of the interior space and all new finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment for the building. Construction is underway and is scheduled for a fall 2012 completion date. The project is designed by SMP Architects.
