Baybutt Construction is serving as the construction manager, working with Housing Vermont and Brattleboro Housing Authority, to renovate the Ann Wilder Richards Building. The $2.2 million project involves conversion of the former office building into 21 senior housing units. The building will offer three floors of apartments as well as community spaces totaling 22,000 s/f. Architect for the project is J Coleman + Co. Architects.
