Beal and Gifford of Perry Brokerage handle 5,500 s/f lease to Ned Davis Research

Boston, MA According to Perry Brokerage, Ned Davis Research (NDR), one of the largest independent institutional investment research providers in the market, has signed a lease for 5,500 s/f at 77 Franklin St., comprising the entire 9th floor. Rich Beal and Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage represented the landlord, A.W. Perry and Shawn McDonough and Derek Losi of Cresa Partners represented NDR in the lease.

“We are excited to be relocating our Boston office to 77 Franklin,” said Brian Frohn CFO of NDR. “A.W. Perry provided us with an opportunity to build out a full floor to our specifications and to expand our office footprint from our former location. 77 Franklin has historic appeal yet our office space is contemporary and will provide our team with an inspiring, bright and collaborative working environment.”

77 Franklin St., a 10-story office building is conveniently located in the city’s Financial District and is steps away from Downtown Crossing, Post Office Sq. and South Station. The building features on-site management, a 24-hour lobby attendant, access to public transportation and amenities.

The building is nearly at 100% occupancy, though an office lease opportunity of 1,554 s/f is available on the building’s 5th floor.
