Beal Construction hires Spellios and promotes Faber

The Beal Companies, LLP welcomes the addition of Peter Spellios as senior vice president and general counsel, as well as the internal promotion of Stephen Faber to senior vice president. Peter Spellios will be responsible for negotiating leases, project and deal structuring, and overseeing legal matters. Spellios was a partner with Sherin and Lodgen LLP and chair of its Land Use, Permitting and Development practice, where he specialized in the disposition, acquisition, permitting, development, and financing of commercial real estate. Faber's promotion to is a result of a 10 year track record of accomplishment with Beal. Prior to joining Beal, Faber was a VP with the Rubin Organization and a director at Liberty R.E.Group. Faber's responsibilities will include development management and investor relations in addition to his core asset management functions. "We view the effective management of real estate as the key ingredient to the preservation of our assets and our clients' assets," said Robert Beal, president.
