Beal of Perry Brokerage Associates brokers four leases totaling 35,581 s/f

On behalf of A.W. Perry, Inc. Perry Brokerage Associates (PBA) has executed four leases at two A.W. Perry properties in South Shore Park. Craig Textiles, Inc., C.W. Clancy, LLC and Sportscapes Unlimited, LLC have signed leases totaling 6,526 s/f at 1 Pond Park Rd. bringing that building to full occupancy. Best Chevrolet has signed a lease at 100 Research Rd. for 29,055 s/f relocating its parts and distribution warehouse from another Perry property in South Shore Park and its auto body repair department from their Derby St. location. Rich Beal of PBA represented the landlord and tenant in both transactions. South Shore Park offers office, medical office, industrial and research and development space off Rte. 3, at exit 15. It is located 15 miles from downtown Boston and six miles from Rte. 128. "We are pleased that Craig Textiles, C.W. Clancy and Sportscapes Unlimited have selected 1 Pond Park as their new business location," said June Cunniff vice president and property manager of A.W. Perry. "Best Chevrolet's move and expansion to 100 Research doubles the amount of space they occupy in South Shore Park, and we appreciate this opportunity to continue our relationship with this well-known and established Hingham company."
