Belanger joins TFMoran as civil project engineer

Belanger has a bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering and a master of science degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources from the University of New Hampshire.
His work experience includes hydrolic and hydropower generation analysis, dam removal feasibility and design, and FEMA flood plain mapping.
