Bellard and Vitti broker two transactions
on Boston Post Rd. - 11,526 s/f
Orange, CT Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., has reported the completion of the following transactions.
Gary Bellard, broker, represented the tenant, New Solutions Pain Management, in leasing 3,026 s/f of built out medical office space located at 236 Boston Post Rd., for a five-year lease term. Tom Cavaliere of Coldwell Banker represented the landlord, Monarch Properties.
Tony Vitti, realtor, represented the landlord, R&E Realty, LLC in the leasing of 8,500 s/f of warehouse space located at 81 Boston Post Rd., for a one-year lease term to a tenant who will utilize the space for storage. Vitti was the sole broker in this transaction.
