Belsito and O’Brien of O’Brien Commercial Properties broker $725,000 sale
90 Cherry Street - Hudson, MAHudson, MA Downing Electric, Inc. recently purchased 90 Cherry St. for $725,000. The property will be used for the company’s day to day business operations. Additional space may be leased by the new owner as well. Joseph Belsito and Eric O’Brien of O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the seller, Watson Ventures while Bill Sullivan of Avison Young procured the buyer.
