Belsito of O’Brien Commercial leases two suites at 141 Parker St.
141 Parker Street - Sudbury, MAMaynard, MA SWAT Environmental secured 1,643 s/f while Artisan Brands, LLC leased 1,348 s/f at 141 Parker St. This location will be used as a base of sales and operations for both companies.
Joseph Belsito of O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the landlord in both transactions and procured SWAT Environmental directly.
