The late 1887 Amoskeag Brick building was renovated in 2005, and has maintained Consuelo's Taqueria Restaurant, Mount Prospect Academy, Attorney Sean Cullen, Deel Group and Novus Homes to mention a few long-standing tenants. At the time of sale the building was at 99% occupancy.
