According to Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL, the firm has completed a long-term lease with the Hanover Food Co-Op for administration offices at 2 Buck Rd.
The Hanover Food Co-Op will be occupying 10,000 s/f, which is a majority of the former Dartmouth Hitchcock Family Clinic space, after the clinic's recent relocation to their newly built building located on Heater Rd. in Lebanon.
According to the Co-Op representatives, "The former Clinic space's current configuration was almost ideal for the Co-Op's administration offices and the location provides better travel efficiencies to our Lebanon, Hanover and White River Junction stores."
Lowery Builders of Lebanon, N.H. have been engaged by the landlord to renovate the space to the Co-Op's needs and should be ready for occupancy early this year.

LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL, also completed a long-term lease between Donald O. Goodwin Properties, LLC and Dana Silver, DPM at the Hanover Street Plaza located at 103 Hanover St. in Lebanon.
The new office will be 1,200 s/f and will be completely redesigned and constructed.

The new office will have direct access to an ample parking lot and will be handicap accessible.
Renovating the office will be James Bouchard Construction from Lebanon.

The projected opening will be late February or early March.

In the last transaction, LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL completed a long-term lease with AVADA Hearing Care Center. AVADA will be renovating and locating to 8 Interchange Dr., in West Lebanon.

The newly established center will be renovated by Lowery Builders of Lebanon. The new facility size is 1,000 s/f and is fully handicap accessible, with ample parking for AVADA's patient base.

LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL represented the landlord, The Napoli Group and assisted the tenant in the transaction.
The center is schedule to be open by early March.
