Beretta Realty Co. sells 27,000 s/f rectory/church property for $655,000
Norman Beretta of Beretta Realty Co. sold a 27,000 s/f mixed-use property at 38 Park St. for $655,000.
Beretta represented the seller, The Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Greg Micallef of The Olympus Group represented the buyer, Casa De Oracion "Getsemani".
The property is a 2-story rectory and church building.
