Mark Berezin, CCIM, president of Infinity Real Estate Group, Inc. and Tim Thompson, CCIM, represented the seller in the recent sale of 212 Lyman St., home of Gramp's Polish Restaurant, to a private investor. The property consists of a 14,400 s/f parcel of land, improved with 18 apartments and two commercial spaces. Located on the street level of the property, the commercial spaces contain a restaurant and a delicatessen. The property was sold for $675,000.

"Gramp's" restaurant has been located at the property for more than 30 years. It serves authentic polish dishes and is a popular destination for many in western MA and northern CT. The "Polish Deli", which is located immediately adjacent to "Gramp's" restaurant, also sells authentic Polish foods, and has established a loyal following during the more than nine years it has been located at the property.
