Berezin of Infinity Real Estate Group, Inc. brokers 4,537 s/f, $290,000 sale

Westfield MA President of Infinity Real Estate Group, Inc., Mark Berezin, CCIM, recently brokered the transaction of a 4,537 s/f office building on 1.5 acres of land at 815 North Rd. The sale price was $290,000 which represents $63.92 per s/f of usable space. Berezin represented the seller and owner of the former Adventures Travel, Leo Demelbauer. Russell Sabadosa from Premier Choice Realty represented the buyers, Rock Steady Real Estate, LLC. Mike Rockwal, CFO at ONsite Mammography and also a member of Rock Steady Real Estate, LLC said, "Russell and everyone at Premier Choice Realty Inc. were great partners in our search for a building. He took the time to understand the needs of our business and proved to be a critical resource though out the entire process. This allowed us to focus on our core business while he managed the search for the property. We ultimately found the perfect fit for our business." Demelbauer said "Infinity Real Estate Group, Inc. did an outstanding job marketing our property for sale. It seemed buyers had minimal interest in our property before hiring Infinity. Once they (Infinity Real Estate Group, Inc) were on the job, suddenly there were several buyers interested in the property. Subsequently, the property sold quickly and smoothly. I am grateful to Berezin and his staff for getting the job done." "Once we were able to ascertain and understand the needs of both the seller and the buyer," said Berezin, "Russell and I were able to put together an agreement and transaction mutually beneficial and in the best interest of all the principals."
