Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG) completed the sale of 25 Avco Rd. for $950,000.
25 Avco Rd. is a 12,375 s/f flex building, built in 2008 and located in the Ward Hill Industrial Park, adjacent to Rte. 495.
Alex Berger, associate at Parsons Commercial, procured the buyer and represented the seller, Avco Realty Trust.
"Both parties were highly motivated in the sale and were able to close the deal within six weeks. It was a win-win transaction for all involved," added Berger.
