Milford, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, John Bergin and Carl Russell have renewed the lease for 65-145 Furniture Row, bay 13.

The space is 11,850 s/f of a 200,000 s/f industrial building and will be used for specialty wood products. Bergin and Russell represented the landlord, American General Life Insurance Company - AIG, and the tenant, Rugby Holdings LLC.

Pearce Real Estate is a full-service real estate company with more than 100 agents and eight branch offices in greater New Haven and the shoreline of Conn.
