Cardente of Cardente Real Estate leases 2,200 s/f at 299 Forest Avenue

Portland, ME According to Cardente Real Estate, Bier Cellar has executed a new lease agreement for their 2,200 s/f retail space at 299 Forest Ave. The Bier Cellar originally opened their location at 299 Forest Ave. in 2012. The lease with Bier Cellar marks the second long-term tenant opting to stay at the property. In September of 2017, Bradford’s Rug Gallery, Inc., a tenant at 297 Forest Ave. for over a decade, inked their new lease. These lease transactions were brokered by Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate.

In another transaction, WOODHULL Public House is expanding their restaurant and has leased an additional 1,280 s/f of commercial space at 30 Forest Falls in Yarmouth, Maine. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, Forest Falls J, LLC and the tenant by Mike Cobb of Cardente Real Estate.
