Bergin of GJS brokers 13,000 s/f retail/office sale
John Bergin, vice president of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, has brokered the sale of a 13,000 s/f retail/office center on .83 acre located at 477 Boston Post Rd.
Bergin represented the seller, Calala Partners, LLC. The investors were represented by Antoinella Morelli of Century 21 Wolff of Yonkers, N.Y.
The property is midway between I-95 and the Orange/West Haven town line. This four mile section of of the Boston Post Rd. is the major retail destination on Rte. 1. The area is occupied by many national, regional and local businesses.
