Stratford, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and resident of Pearce Real Estate, John Bergin, Pearce senior commercial specialist in the company’s Milford commercial office, represented the buyer, Coating Design Group, in the $1.95 million sale of a building at 430 Sniffens Lane. The 35,488 s/f building, formerly occupied by Advanced Graphics, overlooks the Housatonic River. The seller, The Putney Associates of New York, was represented by David Gorbach of Colonial Realty of Fairfield.
