Bergin of Pearce Real Estate closes 56,000 s/f lease

Milford, CT John Bergin, senior commercial specialist with Pearce Real Estate, has completed a long-term lease for 56,000 s/f of warehouse space.

Meribaer Productions, Inc., doing business as Meridith Baer Home (MBH), headquartered in California, has expanded and entered into a long-term lease. The expansion is 56,000 s/f of fully HVAC’ed warehouse space on the eastern side of town. Bergin represented both MBH and the landlord MDC Milford Associates LLC, a division of Mountain Development Corp. The tenant chose not to disclose the buildings location.

Meredith Baer Home is one of the premier home staging company in the nation. Celebrating 20 years in business, the firm averages 175 properties each month and installed over $20 billion worth of real estate last year. Widely regarded as best in the industry, MBH has received the Houz Best of Design badge every year since 2014.
