Silicon Labs has executed a ten year lease at Berkeley Investments' 343 Congress St. Silicon will take 25,810 s/f and occupy the entire fourth floor. 343 Congress St. is a five story 111,000 s/f building, located in the Fort Point Channel neighborhood.
"Silicon Labs is an innovative and exciting company which develops applications employed in many products widely used by consumers", said John Karoff, senior vice president of Berkeley Management. "We are excited to have Silicon Labs join the tenant roster at 343 Congress St." Their tenancy brings 343 Congress St. to 100% occupancy.
John Driscoll of Cushman & Wakefield represented Berkeley Investments and Thomas O'Regan of JLL represented Silicon Labs in the lease.
Berkeley Management, Inc. will provide construction management services for Silicon's full-floor renovation and will continue to provide 343 Congress St. with property management services.
Silicon Lab's new office at 343 Congress St. will house research and developments teams as well as sales and administration.
