The sellers were represented by Midge Berkery, sales associate and the buyers were represented by Morgan Hollenbeck, sales associate: both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. 

According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale in Barrington this year. Agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty also represented clients in 12 of the top 15 sales in the town this year. Additionally, Berkery has participated in five sales over $1M in Barrington in 2019.
