Berkery and Hollenbeck of Mott & Chace sell 324 Rumstick Rd. for $2.8 million

Barrington, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold the waterfront home at 324 Rumstick Rd. for $2.8 million. The sellers were represented by Midge Berkery, sales associate and the buyers were represented by Morgan Hollenbeck, sales associate: both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. 

According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale in Barrington this year. Agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty also represented clients in 12 of the top 15 sales in the town this year. Additionally, Berkery has participated in five sales over $1M in Barrington in 2019.

“After raising their children in this gorgeous home, my clients are happy to see another family make happy memories here,” said Berkery.  “The home offers every aspect of a wish list and we know the new owners will enjoy it too.”

Situated on three acres, this Nantucket-style home, edged by hand-crafted stone walls, has a lawn down to Narragansett Bay. Featuring five bedrooms and four and three half bathrooms, the nearly 8,000 s/f home has architectural excellence from the entryway to the in-law wing. The exterior includes wrap-around decks, a bluestone patio, hot tub and gunite pool.
