Berkery, Chace and Weinstein of Mott & Chace sell 305 Rumstick Rd. for $2.75 million

Barrington, RI  Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold 305 Rumstick Rd. for $2.75 million. The Tudor on Rumstick Point features six bedrooms, four full and two half bathrooms. On over four acres, the property has a wraparound porch, exclusive beach access, and lawns. The sellers were represented by Midge Berkery, sales associate, and Judy Chace, co-owner/broker, while the buyers were represented by Jonathan Weinstein, broker associate: all three of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
 
According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale in Barrington this year. Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has represented clients in seven of the top ten sales in Barrington in 2019.
