The building was purchased for $1.4 million and is located at 55 Griffin Rd. South. Burteck, LLC is moving from their 15,530 s/f headquarters to this 40,330 s/f building on 4.3 acres to accommodate their growing manufacturing operation. 

Berkowitz represented the buyer. The seller, Griffin Industrial Realty, Inc. was represented by Maury Smith of Avison Young.
