Berkowitz of O,R&L Commercial, LLC represents Burteck with $1.4 million purchase of 40,330 s/f
Bloomfield, CT Mark Berkowitz of O,R&L Commercial, LLC has aided Burteck, LLC in the procurement of an industrial/flex building. The building was purchased for $1.4 million and is located at 55 Griffin Rd. South. Burteck, LLC is moving from their 15,530 s/f headquarters to this 40,330 s/f building on 4.3 acres to accommodate their growing manufacturing operation.
Berkowitz represented the buyer. The seller, Griffin Industrial Realty, Inc. was represented by Maury Smith of Avison Young.
55 Griffin Rd. South is a single-story first-class office building located within the Griffin Center business park, a 600-acre master planned business park that was planned and developed by Griffin Land. The park is located near to Exits 37 and 38 off I-91, south of Bradley International Airport. Area amenities include restaurants, hotels and office-service businesses that are located within minutes of the park.
Burteck, LLC is a leading manufacturer of plastic injection molds.
