Berkowitz of O,R&L Commercial leases 8,500 s/f industrial flex space - leased to New World Athletics

1000 Old County Circle - Windsor Locks, CT

Windsor Locks, CT Mark Berkowitz of O,R&L Commercial, LLC has leased 8,500 s/f industrial flex space. The space is located at 1000 Old County Circle, Unit 15. The two-story, 8,500 s/f space is part of a larger industrial complex and was formerly occupied by ECS Performance, an auto parts store who relocated to a smaller facility in South Windsor. Berkowitz represented the landlord, and the tenant, New World Athletics was unrepresented.

New World Athletics is a brand-new cheerleading gym founded by Jordan Bradley and Téa Kenney. Bradley, a coach and certified judge in women’s gymnastics teamed up with former teammate Kenney due to her 14 years’ experience in coaching and competing. The business is geared for both competitive travel teams and recreational classes for kids between the ages of 3 and 18 years old. They are hoping to bring students from all over Connecticut and Massachusetts.
