Berman, Kaelin and Chipouras of NAI Elite complete 5,500 s/f lease
Hartford, CT NAI Elite completed the signing of Chosen 1 to lease a 5,500 s/f space located at 2074 Park St., formerly Tipsy Girl and Majorca. Carl Berman, Richard Kaelin, and Max Chipouras of NAI Elite represented the tenant, Hecheng Chen, owner of Ichiro in West Hartford.
Chosen 1 is set to serve Cajun style seafood, featuring a full bar with outdoor patio seating. An expected opening date has not yet been announced.
NAI Elite is a commercial real estate brokerage firm that offers a wide array of commercial real estate services serving the Greater Hartford area.
