Berman of O,R&L brokers $485,000 sale of former post office
Carl Berman, CCIM of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the sale of 87 Colony St., the 16,315 s/f former post office, for a sale price of $485,000. Berman represented the seller, the U.S .Postal Service. The buyer, 87 Colony Street LLC, was represented by Dave Melillo of H. Pearce Company.
The property will be completely refurbished as offices for Luchs Consulting Engineering and DeCarlo & Dahl. It is adjacent to a planned intermodal transportation center that will serve the New Haven to Springfield passenger rail service.
